Now that everyone else is beginning to get their vaccine shots, I am now hearing lots of different stories about their experiences during the shots. Like for example Rudy's experience, when he regained some of his peripheral vision back, I thought that was very interesting and crazy. When I went to get my shots, it was in the large Summerlin retirement home area, and the funny thing is, I was by far the youngest there. Besides my dad, who went with me, everyone else was 70 and above. It almost felt wrong, like I was cheating, being there. I almost passed out in the 15 minute wait period during the first shot, that was fun. But it was a fun experience over all, had some laughs here and there.

A Nice Family Dinner
Today me and my family went to my Grandma's 77th birthday party. It was just a nice little family dinner, nothing special because she had recently had knee surgery and is stuck home. It was a nice little break from the lockdown and being stuck home all the time. I was able to play with my cousins and my nieces and nephews. Now that my older cousins are getting married, children just seem to be popping up everywhere. It was a fun night, we are going over again in two weeks to hangout and more play games with them.

Thoughts on the Vaccine
I guess I was luck enough to get a chance to get the vaccine for covid about a month ago. I didn't have any problems with it, just felt slight pain in the arm after both shots, and felt sick for a day after the second one, but its different for everyone. I have heard some crazy stories regarding the vaccine, nothing of concern has happened to me yet. My question is, how different is it from other vaccines like the flu vaccine? (I don't know much about anything medical, please don't judge me) In the end, I am just relieved my family and I are healthy.
